Create questions to test your student's knowledge. Within a quiz, you can add any type of questions in any order you wish, providing flexibility in assessment variety and functionality.  

Essay questions Test takers can elaborate and provide detailed answers when takers are not able to guess and select an answer, Can review individualized responses from each user and Can be used for all types of subjects.

Login to your Account, Select Courses from the left menu, then select the course you need to create a new Assessment inside, then create a new Assessment of type Quiz, then after you finish setting up the quiz settings follow these creation steps.

  1. The type of the question you are currently working on.
  2. Write The question grade
  3. Write The body of the question that will be visible to the students In this box, use rich text editor to make it easier and appealing to your students. 
  4. Click here if you want to attach  a picture/file to the question body
  5. Type here the model answer to the question that you will be able to see later when you are correcting the assignment
  6. Rich text editor to make it easier to review students answers
  7. Click here if you want to attach a picture/file  to the model answer
  8. Here are some limitations for the student when they are answering the assignment, find details in feature tips below. 
  9. Click on the "Back" button to go back to the previous page of assignment settings
  10. Click on the "Save" button to save and go back to the Manage Assessment page


  • Feature Tips:


Options: next to each option is a box that you will write the limit you please for the student

  • No limit: there are no limitation to student answer
  • Word Limit is to limit the student with a limited number of words when they are answering this assignment

  • Character Limit is to limit the student with a limited number of Characters when they are answering this assignment, be aware that a space is considered a character

  • Tick Attachments Limit to limit the student with a limited number of Attachments when they are answering this assignment
