• Feature Description:

Message management by the admin is now available, allowing the admin to enable or disable the ability to send messages to different roles. Settings can be specified for each stage or applied universally across all stages in the school by copying the configurations to other stages.

From admin account  Select Messages settings from the left menu, choose stage permissions tab,then follow the steps below

To edit the settings Click on the button Edit Permission to see the following view :


The admin can customize the settings needed by checking or unchecking the boxes infront of each option.


Feature Path:

Activate the Auto Send option to allow parentsor students to select the recipient based on the subject rather than by user. The admin can designate the message recipient as the Principal, Head of Department, Teachers for the selected subject, or even assign a specific user to receive the messages.
