Within the messages, open the message details and click on the sender's name to display the following window. 


  • How To:



  1. Receiver Tab: Displays the list of recipients added to the "To" field when composing the message.
  2. BCC Tab: Displays the list of recipients included in the "BCC" field during message creation.
  3. Created By: Provides details about the individual who initiated the conversation.
  4. Displays the list of recipients included in the "To" field.
  5. Arrows: Indicate navigation to the next pages if the list of recipients exceeds the current page.
