• Feature Description:

The educators can utilize the Coligo platform to record student attendance and track instances of student absence. 

  • Feature Path:

Login to your Account, Select Courses from the left menu, then select the course you need to view its overall attendance,click overall tab

Or from side bar click on attendance and follow the steps.


  • How To:

  1. Select the class for which you need to view attendance.
  2. Choose the specific course within that class.
  3. Filter by score.
  4. Set the dates you need to preview attendance for by default it is three days.
  5. The scrore of rach student in the selected period of time as average score.
    • Present day=100%
    • Absent day=0%
    • late day=50%
    • Excused is neglected from calculations
  6. The display of students attendance in the selected period of time,the maximum number of days displayed at once is 7 days.
