Feature Description:

 It is now easy to Create bulk grade entries by entering multiple entries at the same step or importing from an excel sheet instead of writing them.

Feature Path:

 From courses choose a selected course then click on the grades tab, Standard grading.

How To:

  

1-Click on “Standard Grades” to open the standard grading view.

2-Click on “Create Bulk Grade Entries” to open the following window:


3-Click on “ Import From CSV” to select from the device the file to import.

4-Click on "Insert New Row" to insert a blank row to insert the grade entry inputs.

5-Write the title of the Grade entry that will appear as the header of the grade column.

6-Write the maximum score of the grade entry.

7-Select the "Category" the grade will appear and be calculated in.

8-Select the course or multiple courses this grade entry will appear at.

9-Click on the "blue/grey" button to publish/Unpublish.

  • The blue means the grade is published.
  • The grey means the grade is unpublished.

10-Click on the "+" sign to create a duplicate of the entry.

11-Click on the "Bucket " Sign to delete the entry.

12-List of grade entries Imported.

13-Click on the "Cancel" button to cancel the command.

14-Click on "Create" button to create the grade entries.



 

Feature Tips:

  • The excel sheet can be used multiple times after editing the title of the grade entry

  • The name of the grade category and the course must be exactly written as the text written in the system.
