Feature Description:

It’s now easy to copy all courses of the existing semester to the new semester with one click.

Feature Path:

  • Log in to the admin account, select the existing year from the side menu.

 How To:

1-Select the existing year.

2-Click the academic year settings 



3-From the actions of the active semester Click on Copy. 

4-Choose the next semester that you need to copy the list of courses to.


5-Check the “Overwrite the current settings” if there are existing settings and need to overwrite them.

6-Click on “Apply” button to proceed.


Feature Tips:

  • The elective courses are copied including the students and teachers assigned to each course as the previous semester.

  • The non-elective courses are copied including the teachers assigned to each course as the previous semester.

  • The users, stages, subjects and course templates are accumulative through semesters no need to be copied.
