• Feature Description:

Support tickets are created to help the Support team track issues that happen during your use of the system, Creating a "ticket," that records the interactions with the system. Once the ticket is created, the support team can then work on the issue on their end. When they have updates or a resolution, they can alert you via mail.

Login to your Account,  Find the link to support tickets at bottom of the right Menu

  • How To:

Click on "Report an Issue", Your browser will redirect you to the form displayed in the image below

 

  1. Write your mail, kindly make sure to write a correct and recently used mail address as the reply to your ticket will be sent to this mail address.
  2. Write your name
  3. Write a subject to your ticket
  4. Write the detailed description of your ticket, It is very important to include the following details in this description:
    • Phone: if you would like to leave your phone for faster contact.
    • Where: State main menu and Tab name, to enable the support team to track the issue.
    • What: describe the issue in details like the course name, student name, and item title (quiz or material) - as more details as you provide the support team, the easier they track the issue-  Preferably 
    • When: It will be very helpful to know the date/time of an issue to be able to better track it.
  5. Attach a screenshot -highly recommended- or any file with your ticket.
  6. Tick this box just to verify you are not a robot.


  • What happens next?

    • Once you submit your ticket, a confirmation mail will be sent to your mail (the one you provided in the ticket form) like the one below: 
    • Once the issue is resolved, Support team will email you again with the result.
