Control the accounts of the parents from this page it has everything you need to know about them plus all the actions you would need to perform on their accounts as well

Login to your Account, select Users from the left menu then click on Parents


  • How to

    1. Each entity here represents a parent's account 
    2. This bar has all the information you would need for each parent
    3. Click on "Add Parent" to add a new parent to your school
    4. Click on "Import Parents " to Import a group of Parents to your school via an excel file
    5. Click on "Export Parents" to Export a group of Parents from your School to an excel file
    6. Click Here to Add/Remove children to this parent from the students' list in your school
    7. Click on the "Edit" sign to edit a Parent's account
    8. Click on "Deactivate" to deactivate this account and it can be activated later using the same route 
    9. Click on this "Actions" button to do singular changes on solo accounts as explained in points 7,8
