Create a virtual classroom for a more engaging environment and easier communication between the class individuals.

Login to your Account Select Courses from the left menu, then select the course you need to create its virtual classroom then follow the steps below.

  • How To:

  1. Select the "Virtual class" tab
  2. Toggle the "Preview/Edit" button to switch between your view and your student's view
  3. Paste your virtual classroom URL here
  4. In the "description" section type the title of your virtual classroom that will be visible to your students
  5. Check"Show to students" to display the virtual class button to students.
  6. Check"Show to parents" to display the virtual class button to parents.
  7. Click on the "Reset" button to reset all of the previous settings and start over
  8. Click on the "Update" button to confirm all of the previous settings and save them
  9. Toggle the "Preview/Edit" button to switch between your view and your student's view

  10. Seen by shows number of users who has reached the virtual class tab.


  • Feature Tip:
  • At least one of the audience (Parent/Student) should be checked
  • The link can be updated anytime
  • The same link can be added to multiple courses.
  • The parents and students can see a button only to join the class, the link is not visible.
