Login to your Account, Select Messages from the left menu, then from your messages inbox, click compose follow the steps below

  1. Click on the "Select course" bar to choose the course/s related to whom you are sending the message to
  2. Click on the "To" bar to choose the individual/s you want to contact
  3. Click on "CC Parents" to add parents of the selected students.
  4. Write the "Subject" your message
  5. Write Here the body of the message you want to send, You can use the "Rich text editor" 
  6. Click on this button or drag a file to it in case you want to insert an attachment to your message
  7. Click on the "Send" button to send your message
