Feature Description:

These are the Actions that t you can do to each Assessment

From your Account Select Courses from the left menu, then select the course you need to make an action on one of its assessments inside,

  • How To:


  1. The "Started" state means that the due date of this assessment has already started and your students can see and solve it now.
  2. The "Canceled" state means that after submission you decided to Unsubmit this assessment
  3. The "Completed" state means that the due date of this assessment has ended
  4. The "Draft" state means that this assessment is still a draft only you (author) can see it, you need to "Submit" it to be visible by your students.
  5. Click on the "Eye" sign to view the quiz preview but you can't edit anything inside because it's started
  6. Click on the "Pencil" sign to Edit the quiz (only if draft)
  7. Click on the "Action" sign to make different actions on each quiz based on its states as explained below in feature tips.
  8. "Seen By ",Shown the users who has seen this assessment.


  • Feature Tips:

  • Draft status: 
    - Submit: Submit the assessment to automatically start on its due date and be visible to students (Date/Time and students as in settings)

- Delete: Delete the Assessment from your list

- Duplicate: You can duplicate the same assessment on the same course.

- Copy To: Let you make a copy from the same assessment to another course -assigned to you- 


  • Canceled status: 

- Restore to draft: changes the states of assessment from canceled back to draft

- Delete: Delete the Assessment from your list 

- Duplicate: You can duplicate the same assessment on the same course.

- Copy To: Let you make a copy from the same assessment to another course -assigned to you- 


  • Started Status:

- Cancel: changes the states of assessment from Started back to draft 

- Duplicate: You can duplicate the same assessment on the same course.

- Copy to:  Let you make a copy from the same assessment to another course -assigned to you-


  • Completed Status:
     

- Cancel: changes the states of assessment from Started back to draft .

- Create Trial: o create another version of the assessment or reopen to all or some students.

- Duplicate: You can duplicate the same assessment on the same course.

- Copy to:  Let you make a copy from the same assessment to another course -assigned to you-


  • Copy-To Dialog: 
    - Only works if you teach the same course to another class of the same grade
